We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in civil and/or industrial construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and direct site management on project activities, including setting goals and deadlines. Provide clear direction to team members and ensure individual and group strengths are maximized for efficient execution of the contract. Ensure the variety of competencies required for execution are sufficient and balanced in relation to current and upcoming work packages. Develop, establish, and manage the scope, schedule, budget and implementation plan, all in the context of safety, environmental, and human resources policies, procedures and legislation. Ensure that the quality of materials and workmanship meet or exceed standards identified by the client. Set expectations for project documentation sub-contract management. Evaluate project performance and proposes solutions to identified problems; Provide strong leadership to the team and an effective conduit to company management. Represent oneself positively as the face of the company in interactions with the client. Deliver projects successfully throughout the construction lifecycle; from opportunity pursuit to estimating, execution and turnover.

Duties:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in project management within the civil and/or industrial construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Ability to work in a team environment and independently Travel will be required
