Wexc2x92re looking for an on-site Project Manager in the manufacturing industry.Our client is a well-respected Manitoba company, seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager will manage the lifecycle of the company's project portfolio, ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.Project Manager responsibilities:

• Manage project activities and process throughout lifecycle, including ensuring the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success
• Provide leadership and mentorship to support the development and performance of project management team members
• Meet with Management, and other Stakeholders in a professional manner and can communicate effectively while maintaining interests of the company
• Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers, such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists
• Track all project costs to ensure completion within budget; procure extra budget funding where necessary

The successful candidate has:

• Experience related to manufacturing implementations and technology projects within a customized environment
• Project Management Professional designation
• Ability to assess corporate climate, trends, and other criteria to determine chances of project success along with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and project management software such as Microsoft Project
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Compensation and benefits:

• The discussed salary range is $80,000 xc2x96 $95,000 plus bonus
