Job Description

Bravura is currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in tenant fit out and commercial construction to join its expanding and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

2. Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

5. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.

7. Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant compliance standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Position Requirements

Organized Clear communicator Prepare shop drawings, engineering, submittals, RFI and change order requests in a timely manner to ensure no delay to project Work diligently with the project coordinator to maintain excellent relationships with contractors and consultants Visit job sites on regular basis and document observations Assist Field Superintendent and Operations Management Staff with projecting manpower needs Participate and contribute to all project meetings held by General Contractor Required Skills Must be an independent self-starter Work well in a team environment consisting of our personnel, General Contractor, and Design Team Understands how to build and maintain relationships with our staff Personnel, Suppliers, General Contractors, Etc. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Project, iOS, and Auto Cad Must embrace technology and be committed running a digital project to the greatest extent possible Understands field installation methods and how to select correct systems for project Knowledge consists of system performance, assembly, installation, fabrication and engineering terminology Must be able to take field measurements and work with other sub trades Ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions that minimize impact to project Understanding of material processing and fabrication
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
