Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various business functions. They will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, CXO, CF, HHG, etc. to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensure technical documentation and project artifacts are maintained and up to date.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
PMP certification is a plus
3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with DevOps practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills

Position Title: Project Manager
Salary Range: $67,000-$83,000-$100,000 USD
