About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customers through the full project lifecycle--from pre-sales to post-implementation handover. In this role, you will drive innovation, deliver measurable impact, and shape the future of enterprise technology. As part of our delivery team, you will collaborate with Implementation Consultants and customers ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects across Agilyx products. Develop and maintain project documentation, including Project Charters, plans, risk registers, and governance structures. Monitor and control project phases according to approved plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Manage budgets, track variances, and take corrective action promptly. Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues; communicate status impacts to stakeholders. Enforce change control protocols for all scope and system changes. Ensure formalized customer acceptance and orderly closure of project phases. Prepare and review Statements of Work; analyze RFPs to support pre-sales processes. Assist with customer contract development and identify business development opportunities. Provide project management services for smaller projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

5+ years of project management experience in ERP programs, including enterprise-wide implementations.

ERP Knowledge:

Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, workflows, and organizational change management.

Project Leadership:

Proven ability to lead complex projects through all phases while maintaining governance and compliance.

Technical Proficiency:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and other PM tools.

Financial Acumen:

Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Documentation Excellence:

Ability to develop Project Charters, Statements of Work, and detailed project plans.

Risk & Issue Management:

Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Control:

Strong capability in managing scope changes and enforcing protocols.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Pre-Sales Support:

Experience analyzing RFPs and contributing to proposals and contract development.

Methodology:

Familiarity with structured PM methodologies (Agile, PMP).

Adaptability:

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
