Kinetic Construction Ltd.

has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for a

Project Manager

to plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.

The wage band for this position is $112,711 - $169,067 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline 5+ years' experience in ICI Construction, or related field Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards Complete understanding of construction means and methods Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
