Job Overview
Ephesus Construction Ltd specializes in exterior building envelope restoration and installation of different cladding wall systems. We are seeking a young, reliable and energetic project manager to supervise all project site activities in our growing business within Southern Ontario.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supervising all project activities, liaising with Consultants, Building Owners and Property Managers and reporting to Head Office on all projects. You are a self-starter, well-groomed, motivated, well-organized and you possess strong computer skills. Knowledge of ACAD, Excel, Word, Power Point, Photoshop and Ontario Building Code. Experience in similar type of restoration work and knowledge of Building Science are definite assets. You must have a vehicle and a valid Province of Ontario driver's license.
