Project Manager
Reponsibilities:
Manage multiple projects from Award to Installation Ability to monitor production and ensure millwork and fixtures are produced to meet quality standards and customer deadlines Identify inputs, issue purchase orders and monitor receiving dates to meet required production timelines Understand current finished good inventory levels Manage project timelines and budgets Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, production team, vendors and sub-contractors Liaising with on-site personnel, clients, trades, and shippers to ensure successful execution to plan All other project related work as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organisational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively Enjoy providing quality customer service, have a professional and positive demeanour Strong interpersonal, customer service and time management skills Experience in the millwork/fixture industry is an asset Must have reliable transportation
