We are looking for a candidate to fill a Project Manager position in our Vaughan location. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and a passion for project management. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Typical roles will include:



Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of MEP projects. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, tracking progress to ensure on-time project delivery. Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project workflow. Manage and supervise all project resources. Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, communicate updates, and address concerns proactively. Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing risk management strategies. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including financial updates, timelines, and milestones. Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and company policies. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Experience



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in MEP or construction industries. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, codes, and standards. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with strong technical and communication skills. Must be fluent in the English language. Excellent verbal and writing communication skills. Valid Ontario Driver's License.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
