Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing diverse project portfolios. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals using industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving successful project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring quality standards and risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.

Responsibilities



Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet; manage project timelines with Trello or Jira. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and manage requirements documentation using SharePoint or Project Server. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; communicate progress through presentations and reports. Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations, contract management, and performance monitoring. Implement change management processes to adapt project scope and objectives effectively while minimizing risks. Manage project risks proactively by conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies aligned with organizational standards like PMBOK. Supervise cross-functional teams including IT specialists, product managers, and business analysts; foster team collaboration using tools such as Confluence or ServiceNow. Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle; utilize data analysis skills for performance tracking. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; support product development and process optimization efforts. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities including requirements management, data collection, and project implementation records.

Experience



Proven experience in IT project management or product management within a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Waterfall, and Kanban frameworks. Demonstrated success supervising teams and managing vendor relationships effectively. Strong skills in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Visio, SharePoint, Workday, Basecamp, or Trello. Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle ERP Cloud is preferred. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SAS or Salesforce for reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Organizational skills that support effective time management and prioritization across multiple projects. Ability to lead change initiatives while managing risks associated with large-scale projects. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,239.21-$133,600.79 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
