Infosys is seeking a

Project Manager.

As a Project manager, you will be managing end to end project from requirement analysis, define design and architecture to guarantee superior outcomes, development, testing and implementation. Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of

Vancouver, British Columbia

or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications:

Provide strategic oversight to the development team to ensure successful execution of the project. Plan and execute projects. Monitor performance of applications & systems, identify risks and opportunities, and provide improvement suggestions to the stakeholders. Contribute to proposals & RFPs by delivering insights related to architectural solution. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, RESTful & SOAP Web services. Interact with stakeholders and create requirement documents covering functional & non-functional requirements. Develop and propose technical solution architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability and maintainability. Assess & recommend suitable technologies, tools and platforms for implementation as part of architectural design, to meet the requirements. Review technical solutions & develop strategies for integration with different technologies & systems, to ensure seamless communication and data flow. Resolve technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases. Promote reusable frameworks and artifacts.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

British Columbia: $91502 to $ 119465
