Our projects range from high-end custom homes to large-scale high-rise residential developments across the Lower Mainland. We work closely with general contractors, developers, and consultants to deliver high-quality, coordinated facade packages.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager specializing in exterior facade systems

--specifically window wall and cladding--for high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in facade installation, with strong technical understanding, field coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Procore and Fieldwire is required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle for

Interior materials

on high-rise developments. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress tracking using

Procore and Fieldwire

. Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to meet milestones and resolve issues. Review shop drawings, mark-ups, and details using

Bluebeam

. Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines. Issue RFIs, manage submittals, and ensure close-out documentation is completed. Support budget tracking, cost control, and value engineering exercises. Maintain detailed documentation and reports throughout the project.

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in project management, with a strong focus on

I

nterior materials and finishes. Proven track record in managing

high-rise

construction projects. Strong proficiency in

Procore, Fieldwire, and Bluebeam

. Solid understanding of facade detailing, sequencing, and installation processes. Exceptional coordination, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset.

Additional Information

Office located in Vancouver, BC. Must be willing to travel to job sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
