Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various construction projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. This role requires expertise in construction project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Duties

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Oversee vendor management processes to ensure quality deliverables from external partners. Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps with team members.

Experience

Proven experience in construction project management or similar roles. Familiarity with project management software tools including MS Project, Excel, Planswift. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Experience in vendor management is preferred. Knowledge of both new built-construction and renovations. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
