About the Role:

We're looking for a

UKG Project Manager

to lead enterprise WFM initiatives at Canadian hospitals.

What You'll Do:

Own the project plan, budget, and deliverables. Manage integrations, testing, and deployment. Partner with HR leaders and UKG consultants. Ensure projects meet business and compliance goals. Manage vendor deliverables. Lead Steering Committee meetings related to the project status & risks.

What You Bring:

PMP certification required

. 3+ years of Canadian hospital experience with UKG. Strong understanding of union collective agreements. Hands-on enterprise UKG project management experience. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Duties

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana and more for effective tracking and reporting. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate team meetings to foster collaboration and ensure all team members are aligned with project objectives. Engage in vendor management to coordinate resources and services needed for successful project execution. Implement best practices in requirements gathering, data analysis, and quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively. Mentor team members in project management methodologies including PMBOK principles.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) as well as Waterfall approaches. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in program management with a focus on product development is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges.

Pay: $75.00-$85.00 per hour
