Mission
We are looking for a Transportation Project Manager to join our expanding Transportation team in Saskatchewan. In addition to personally managing and executing projects, you will be responsible for leading project and proposal teams to deliver exceptional services and achieve our client satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home and in our Saskatoon or Regina Office.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, maintain contacts and relationships with key clients and identify and pursue new clients and markets
Participate in and oversee the design of urban and rural roadways and highways, hydraulics, and other associated projects
Prepare and review tender documents and project cost estimates, maintain client mandated project records, reports, and tabulations
Prepare construction contract documentation for, hydraulic, grading, surfacing and other transportation related projects
Manage transportation projects within the group, including Quality Management requirements, Project Management, and costing controls
Provide technical leadership in client meetings on transportation issues
Work closely with design / CAD staff to ensure designs meet current design standards, guidelines, and other requirements
Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution
Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGS, or be eligible for registration
PMP designation (an asset)
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering experience in transportation projects
Experience with managing multi-discipline design and construction projects
Experience in urban infrastructure design and construction (an asset)
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize several concurrent assignments to deliver projects on time and within budget
Strong verbal and written communication skills
