Who we are looking for:
The VML Performance Marketing team is seeking a savvy Project Manager who can plan and direct a variety of requests and projects from start to finish. This person will manage the website maintenance requests from client and various fast-paced projects on a busy automotive account. The work requires coordination of internal and external resources, timeline creation and updates and constant communication and teamwork. In addition, the Project Manager promotes and ensures that project management standards such as tools, milestones and approvals are utilized and followed. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Plan
| Understand the strategy and ideas for a project to facilitate the organization of those concepts into a clear framework throughout the project life cycle. Develop clear and detailed project timelines, dependencies, milestones and tasks for concurrent projects. Ensure requirements are synchronized within capabilities for given resources and roles are defined for each stakeholder. Translate and communicate data into actionable items.
Manage
| Monitor the day-to-day maintenance of the website and the management of small projects from initiation through implementation and deployment. Consistently demonstrate active problem resolution in order to ensure smooth project process and resolve schedule conflicts. Lead effective client calls and internal meetings complete with agendas and documented next steps/key decisions. Ensure change orders are completed for unapproved work. Manage all project financials. Uphold quality control standards and process both for project management and for those set within the agency.
Partner
| Collaborate with discipline leads, account and project management to support development of scope of work based on functional and business requirements. Actively engage the Account Team regarding deliverables and timing expectations to support a balanced workload for the agency. Communicate status of project to the team and client on a regular basis. Ensure alignment for internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership to the account team in a matrix environment including conflict resolution and problem solving.

What you'll need:
Minimum 1 year project management experience or project coordination preferably in an agency environment.
Experience with web projects and preferably experience managing projects for a website built in a CMS (EPiServer, Drupal, WordPress, ...)
Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead project team members, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could impact deliverables.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and deliver quality results.
Experience using a project management tool or system to schedule deliverables, tasks, etc. (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)

Planification
| Comprendre la strategie et les idees d'un projet pour faciliter l'organisation des concepts dans un cadre clair tout au long de la duree de vie du projet. Developper des echeanciers, des dependances, des jalons et des taches clairs et detailles pour plusieurs projets a la fois. S'assurer que les exigences sont synchronisees aux capacites des ressources donnees et que les roles sont definis pour chaque partie prenante. Traduire les donnees en mesures concretes et savoir bien les communiquer.
Gestion
| Surveiller la mise a jour quotidienne du site Web et la gestion des petits projets jusqu'au deploiement. Toujours demontrer une capacite de resolution de problemes afin d'assurer des processus harmonieux et de resoudre les conflits d'horaire. Mener efficacement des appels client et des rencontres internes en ayant recours a des ordres du jour et en documentant les prochaines etapes/decisions importantes. Gerer les finances des projets. Respecter les normes et les processus de controle de la qualite pour la gestion des projets internes et externes.
Partenariat
| Collaborer avec les responsables de chaque discipline, les services-conseils et les gestionnaires pour soutenir le developpement d'un cadre de travail base sur les exigences fonctionnelles et commerciales. Collaborer activement avec les services-conseils concernant les livrables et les attentes en matiere d'echeanciers afin d'offrir une charge de travail equilibree pour l'agence. Communiquer l'etat des projets a l'equipe et aux clients sur une base reguliere. S'assurer que les intervenants internes et externes sont alignes. Fournir un leadership a l'equipe, incluant la resolution de conflits et de problemes, dans un environnement matriciel.
