Silk & Snow is seeking an organized, driven, and versatile

Project Manager

who will play a critical role in enabling key growth initiatives for the brand and directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and execution. Our ideal candidate is someone who can guide end-to-end implementation projects and can scale the project management function at Silk & Snow. This role is for someone who thrives in creating structure from ambiguity and can create clarity and drive efficiencies across multiple cross-functional teams.


Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the

Project Manager

will support Silk & Snow's pipeline of implementation projects. You will work on the PMO team in a multi-faceted role and be responsible for delivering on the PMO's project pipeline.




In this role you will:



Lead the planning and delivery of key business and technology initiatives that span the domains of IT, Product, Retail, Development, Marketing, Operations and Sales Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities. Empower team members by driving alignment and clarity Ability to effectively influence, interact and collaborate with across various stakeholder groups, and prepare and present oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations Build relationships and maintain trust with project sponsors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, in order to deliver successful projects Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and uncertainty during implementation and project planning. Identify dependencies, coordinate with teams to maintain accountabilities, and mitigate risks to maintain delivery schedules Develop project plans, scoping documents, and other resources or tools to ensure successful project delivery. Employ change control processes and project management governance to ensure project scope, quality and timeline integrity Maintain timely and clear project reporting across schedule, scope, risks, and budget Assist in developing and delivering best-in-class project management practices across the organization as it relates to scope, time, cost, resource, communication, quality and risk management Facilitate effective meetings, status, and issue resolution with precision by ensuring clarity of objectives, ownership, and action items

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:



4-6 years of project management experience with a proven record leading medium to large scale technology transformation, engineering or IT projects successfully A Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities Comfortable with stakeholder management across multiple organizations, escalating project risks and issues as required Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills You are extremely proactive and you strive for constant improvement You love to cultivate and maintain relationships Ability to quickly understand complex, detailed processes & summarize them efficiently Strong team mentality with the ability to function at a high level in both lead and support roles Organized and great attention to detail with willingness to adapt to rapid change, and ability to prioritize Creative, quick and conceptual thinker and problem solver Ability to work well under pressure and with strict deadlines You model operational excellence, accountability, and team-first collaboration Enjoy working in a fast paced and creative environment Experience in Retail, eCommerce, and warehouse management systems is required. Experience working in technical or IT implementations is required PMP certification is a plus

Additional Information:



This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
