Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple Continuous Delivery Squads to ensure successful delivery against project objectives
Develop, maintain, and track project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-track delivery
Provide clear and regular project updates to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
Continuously improve project processes and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness across squads
Requirements
Proven experience in project management with a track record of delivering results on time
Experience in the retail industry and understanding of its specific challenges and opportunities
Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM
Familiarity and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
