Project Manager - Multi-Unit Residential Renovations

WDK Management Inc. is a growing property management and renovation firm specializing in multi-unit residential projects. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and support our growing project portfolio.

About the Role

In this position, you'll oversee

1-10 active renovation projects

at a time, working closely with subcontractors, internal crews, and clients to ensure high-quality execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project activities across multiple job sites Track materials, manage orders, and maintain accurate documentation Conduct site visits for scoping, checklists, and quality control Coordinate schedules with trades and internal teams Monitor project timelines and ensure scope adherence Communicate project updates with clients and stakeholders - directly reporting to upper management

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in construction or renovation project management General knowledge of building trades and multi-unit residential work Strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and scheduling software (experience with Asana preferred ) Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (allowance provided)
