Job Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

. Support project and program managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

. Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

. Track project financials, including forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis.

. Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and change requests.

. Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PMO standards, audit requirements).

. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.

. Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools for executive visibility.

. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

. Mentor junior PCOs and contribute to continuous improvement of project control practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field.

. 5+ years of experience in project control, project coordination, or PMO support roles.

. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).

. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, Jira, Smartsheet).

. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

. PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.

. Experience in financial services, IT, or large-scale transformation programs.

. Familiarity with enterprise PMO tools and reporting frameworks.
