About the Role




S.i. Systems is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to support our leadership team in delivering on our 3-year strategic initiatives aimed at achieving $1B in growth. The ideal candidate will bring a structured project management methodology to help us build detailed project plans, identify dependencies and ownership, and drive accountability across the organization.


While project management expertise is the top priority, experience in change management will be considered a strong asset, as many initiatives will require cultural and organizational alignment. This role is not technical in nature but instead focused on strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with the leadership team to structure and manage the execution of S.I. Systems' 3-year initiatives Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to track and monitor progress Identify, document, and manage dependencies, owners, and milestones across multiple workstreams Hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on initiative progress, risks, and roadblocks Facilitate leadership discussions, decision-making, and follow-ups to ensure initiatives stay on track Support organizational alignment and adoption of initiatives, leveraging change management best practices where applicable Document and maintain project artifacts to support transparency, alignment, and future planning

Must Haves



Proven experience as a Project Manager managing organizational or strategic initiatives (non-technical focus) Strong background in developing project methodologies, frameworks, and tools to track execution Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, assign ownership, and enforce accountability Experience preparing executive-level reports and communicating progress, risks, and recommendations Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings and influence stakeholders Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves



Experience in change management (e.g., supporting adoption, communication, and organizational readiness) Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, or Agile credentials
