Responsibilities
As our Project Manager, you will be the central hub of communication, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the entire project management lifecycle, ensuring successful project planning, execution, and closure.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations throughout the project.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ability to facilitate meetings effectively while ensuring all voices are heard.
Trafficking
and managing a high volume of project requests, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
Communicating
with clients and our internal team to provide regular progress updates and gather feedback.
Tracking
and maintaining an accurate count of projects and deliverable timelines to ensure we meet all deadlines.
Collaborating
with clients to discuss upcoming production plans, identify potential bandwidth or scoping issues, and manage content calendar updates.
Following up
with both internal teams and clients to confirm details, gather approvals, and keep projects on track.
Must-Haves
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP, CAPM, or similar certification).
Minimum of 2 years of experience
as a Project Manager, specifically within an ad agency environment.
Proven experience
in creative asset production for ad campaigns, including video, digital display, print materials, and familiarity with influencer programs.
Based in the Toronto/GTA area
with the ability to travel to the client's downtown Toronto office 2 times per month.
Proficiency
in project management and communication tools, including
Monday.com
(or equivalent),
Slack

Google Suite
(Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Flexible part-time hours, with the need to be available for client meetings and team check-ins as required.
