Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multi-unit interior renovation projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has a background in construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day activities on renovation job sites.
  • Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
  • Order, schedule, and track materials for delivery to job sites.
  • Maintain clear communication with property owners, internal teams, and trades.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate inspections and approvals as needed.

  • 2-4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in interior renovations.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid Full G Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable vehicle for site visits and transporting materials as required.
