Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities



Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Manage project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. Oversee risk management processes to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementation. Utilize tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project for tracking progress and reporting on project status. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for effective vendor management and procurement processes. Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are met during the project development phase. Prepare presentations for executive leadership to communicate project updates and outcomes.

Skills



Proficient in project management tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Primavera P6, and Project Server. Strong understanding of various project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proven leadership experience with team management capabilities. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in vendor management and negotiation skills for successful procurement processes. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday and Salesforce is a plus. Ability to perform data analysis and collection using tools like SAS and Visio for informed decision-making. Knowledge of program management principles with an emphasis on budgeting and time management. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59,461.22-$128,374.77 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
