to manage projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
Responsibilities of this position would include, but are not limited to:
Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Site Superintendent.
Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company.
Monitor, interpret and forecast a project's cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.
Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's ongoing development and progression.
Communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated.

Requirements For This Position Are:
At least 5+ years previous experience working in commercial and industrial project management.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Construction knowledge - overall understanding of construction processes, sequencing and planning concepts.
Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
