We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Boomi-Enterprise Integration team.
Key Requirements for the Role:
Technical and PMO Experience
:+ The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and PMO experience to effectively navigate and hold discussions with both the internal team and customers. + They should be able to understand technical tasks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.Project Management Experience
:+ The candidate should havemanaged at least two full-fledged implementation projects
from start to finish. + They should have experience leading a team of4-5 individuals
and ensuring successful project delivery.Soft Skills
:+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.+ Problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
Additional Details:
+ The role will involve working closely with both technical teams and customers, so the candidate should be comfortable bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders. + Experience in managing implementation projects (e.g., software, systems, or process implementations) is a must.+ Managing integration projects will be plus
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or related field3-4 years of relevant experience in project management, implementation/integration experience
