Job Summary


Hudson Technology Inc., a leading Toronto-based Managed Service Provider, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of both external client projects and internal company initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in a technical environment who is highly organized, comfortable working with technical teams, and confident leading client-facing efforts.

Project types include new client onboarding, cloud deployments, infrastructure changes, security rollouts, and internal platform improvements, all grounded in IT service delivery and infrastructure. You'll work closely with our technical, account management, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to client expectations.

Essential Job Functions



Coordinate external client projects such as onboarding, cloud transitions, infrastructure upgrades, and security deployments Lead internal initiatives that support operational improvement, documentation, and service delivery enhancements Work with technical leads and leadership to define scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines Maintain detailed project documentation, track tasks, and communicate updates to all stakeholders Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed Use project management and ticketing tools to monitor project progress and report status to leadership Ensure project deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations Collaborate with Dispatch, Help Desk, and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs and minimal disruption to ongoing support services

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities



University or college degree in Business, IT, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management within a technical services environment Experience in an MSP or similar IT services organization is highly preferred Familiarity with Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, cybersecurity concepts, and service onboarding processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple active projects while maintaining clear priorities Comfort using tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Autotask (or similar platforms) to manage workflows

Working Conditions



5 days/week in the Hudson office 8-hour workday with continuous computer use and structured meetings Occasional travel to client sites may be required Some work outside regular hours may be needed for go-lives or scheduled transitions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
