Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Toronto, ON. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing pre-design, design, construction of 2 mmid rise mass timber projects.

The candidate will have to have experience with Mass timber planning, design and construction as well as familiarity with mass timber manufacturing. PMP certification is a must.Daily tasks include planning, coordinating logistics, managing expediting processes, inspecting construction sites, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in mid rise mass timber Project Management and Logistics Management Skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes Inspection skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON Master in Civil Engineering and PMP certification or similar
