Our leading cloud-based software allows our customers around the world to manage their employees, scheduling, billing, and enable better delivery of care. We're a fast-growing SaaS company with a team of 550+ team members across Canada, US, Australia, and Brazil. We aim to be the world leader in home healthcare software solutions as we empower providers to deliver better health outcomes to their patients and clients. We pride ourselves on our open and transparent culture, our bias for action, and being committed to a workplace where we can be ourselves.

About the role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success Operations team. Reporting to the Associate Director of PMO, this role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class software implementations to our enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during their implementation journey and will lead cross-functional teams of consultants and specialists to ensure successful project execution. You will manage a portfolio of complex projects, acting as the Master of Record for project health, backlog hours, and utilization while driving projects to completion on time, within scope and budget.

You will play a key role in managing client expectations, communicating timelines, handling change and risk management strategies, and applying consistent project methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.

A day in the life:

Lead enterprise-level software implementations from project initiation through to completion. Collaborate with consultants, resource managers, and internal stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track and report project progress and ensure successful delivery within budget and scope. Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure proactive escalation and communication. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the delivery model and fostering strong relationships. Apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates. Contribute market and product-level insight to help advance implementation success.

What you bring to the team:

4-6 years of project management experience in a software or professional services environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Sc., B.Comm). Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe). Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or enterprise software projects. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A proven ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. A passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Willing to travel as required.

Location and travel requirements:

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location (2x per week) while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Toronto Area.
