Job Summary:





The Centre for Education and Knowledge Exchange in Aging at Baycrest develops and delivers innovative interprofessional clinical training and educational programs to support capacity building in older adult care.






We are seeking a

Project Manager

to lead and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of several Project ECHO(TM) Care of the Elderly programs -- virtual interprofessional communities of practice that advance best practices in geriatric care. This full-time role reports to the Manager, Simulation & Virtual Learning and is critical to advancing Baycrest Academy's educational strategy.




Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




Co-ordinate and lead/oversee the full life cycle of assigned ECHO projects in the Centre for Education, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Develop and manage project documentation and tools (e.g., work plans, timelines, communication plans, change logs, reports, and presentations) to support effective execution and accountability. Lead the coordination and facilitation of meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure alignment with project goals. Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ECHO projects, with a focus on capacity building in older adult care. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure program relevance, quality, and responsiveness to system needs across the continuum of care. Lead and support program evaluation and applied research activities, including planning, data management, interpretation, and knowledge translation in partnership with evaluation and research teams. Develops Monthly/Quarterly and Annual financial reports and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and change management Contribute to quality improvement efforts by embedding best practices and feedback loops into program delivery. Act as a liaison and point of contact for Project ECHO programs and partners across provincial, national, and global networks, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning. Maintain effective working relationships with clinical, academic, and community stakeholders. Lead or contribute to knowledge dissemination activities including publications, conference presentations, and stakeholder communications. Develop and manage program communications and marketing materials (e.g., website updates, promotional tools) to support awareness, recruitment, and engagement



Qualifications include but are not limited to:




Master's degree in a health sciences discipline is required Project Management Professional Certification is required, with demonstrated experience and skills in project management Three to five years' experience supporting innovative interprofessional clinical training, educational programs, or health services/program evaluation is an asset Experience in or demonstrated understanding of geriatric care across the continuum (e.g. community, hospital, long term care), with a strong understanding of sector-specific needs and priorities. Demonstrated experience with Project ECHO and/or in supporting capacity building or clinical training initiatives in healthcare Experience in research, evaluation, knowledge dissemination, or academic publication and presentation. Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet or similar).
