Job Title Project Manager Summary The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the Project & Development Services on behalf of the client, using established process and communication deliverables. The PM provides diverse project management support functions for projects including but not limited to: oversee and maintain project schedules, obtain financial and scope approvals, document and relay scope or budget changes, issue drawing revisions and specifications to client and vendors, distribute status updates, manage and track progress between the client, architect, contractor, and other key stakeholders.Major Responsibilities
