Job Description


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced software implementation Project Manager to join our team in Toronto. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects.About Us: From edge to cloud, Enghouse Networks technology portfolio supports service providers to plan, design, engineer, monitor, protect and simplify network complexity in a vendor-agnostic NFV and SDN ecosystem.Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality- standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in software implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Telecom, communication networks or IT infrastructure applications
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to achieve agreement with the client on required change orders
  • Experience in risk management and issue resolution
  • Ability to travel as required. Travel not expected to exceed 10% if required
  • Exceptional communication skills
