Mandatory Requirements: \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of experience in project management. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to the advancement of large scale[A1], telecommunications infrastructure or IT infrastructure projects. \xc2\xb7 All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS. Deliverables; \xc2\xb7 Advancing the work items identified by senior members of the project team. \xc2\xb7 Support the development of project plans that identify resource, time, and budgetary needs. \xc2\xb7 Support project meetings with team, managers, and stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members. \xc2\xb7 Meet deadlines assigned by the project team and deliver quality outputs. \xc2\xb7 Track project milestones and assist in project acceptance. \xc2\xb7 Undertake work as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with the client representatives and in partnership with other project managers to develop coordinated approaches/ solutions. \xc2\xb7 Supporting the PSRN Program by proactively identifying, communicating, and managing multi-faceted client-facing risks and issues to deliver a superior customer service experience and to support efficient and effective project delivery. Interacting directly with ministry clients, business partners, and project team members to develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships, always \xc2\xb7 Supporting the development of ministry-specific dashboards, reports, and other project management materials. \xc2\xb7 Proactively identifying risks and issues pertaining to the assigned work package, developing mitigation options in coordination with the project team, and preparing materials to be presented to Project Champions and the Portfolio Team. \xc2\xb7 Establishing trust with vendors, stakeholders, and peer groups across ministries through effective relationship management. \xc2\xb7 Supporting the development/ updating of project artifacts, associated documentation, Briefing Notes, Change Requests, Contracts, Request for Bid (RFBs), etc. \xc2\xb7 Assisting with financial governance as needed. \xc2\xb7 Supporting the development of complex network implementation and/ or transition and migration strategies and plans with cross stream dependencies including vendor activities. Skills and Knowledge: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of, and direct experience applying, fundamental project management tools, techniques, and methodologies to projects of various sizes and complexity. \xc2\xb7 Able to quickly absorb information. \xc2\xb7 Able to build relationships within the project team and with key stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of radio and/or telecommunications systems. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Problem solver: ability to identify and analyze risks, issues, and problems, develop mitigation options and present findings to senior team members. \xc2\xb7 Facilitation: creating and maintaining associated documents including minutes, action items, RACI charts, risk logs, critical path, etc. \xc2\xb7 Consultation, negotiation, and relationship management skills; able to create a positive team environment \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules using MS Project and Excel, developing/ assessing process flows, Visio, and establishing/ reviewing/ updating key performance indicators (KPIs). Contract length: 6 months Salary: $400.00-$500.00 per day Schedule:
