WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Stinson is looking for a Project Manager who is a master at getting things done. You will act as a bridge between our Production Team (Design & Consulting) and our Accounts Team (Sales) to ensure end-to-end delivery of our projects. You will also support the growth of our Project Management discipline and operations for our lines of business.

You will be responsible for following your assigned team\'s projects from inception to completion. Together with our Production Team, you, as the Project Manager will oversee monitoring and maintaining the project scope, timeline, budgeted hours, and quality of each deliverable. You will also be responsible for maintaining project reports, documentation and reconciling the project data against its associated SOW.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for effective and accurate Project Planning and Resource Management on our ClickUp platform. These activities include, but are not limited to: creating project plans, allocation of resources, scheduling and resource leveling. The goal is to maximize and balance resource utilization of our team\'s capacity and inform our sales team of available resources in real-time.

You are expected to protect the integrity of the creative while ensuring all client expectations are consistently being met or exceeded.

You are capable of handling multiple projects at the same time and comfortable with reporting on project statistics. You have a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and an eye for quality assurance. You are a natural leader. You enjoy participating in creative brainstorming meetings and bring energy & fun into their work.

SOME OF WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for effective communication between Production and Account Leads to strategically plan and execute projects from existing and new clients
  • Work closely with teams to manage the scope of each project and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Coordinate with the design leads to manage delivery, feedback, quality control, and the revision process
  • Make suggestions and understand when to flag requested revisions that may interfere with the quality of the deliverable or exceed scope
  • Schedule and attend project-related meetings
  • At the completion of a project, write project closure documents or case studies about the project experience and highlights.
  • Contribute new ideas, best practices and ways of working to support the growth of our lines of business and streamline operations across the agency
  • Day-to-day resource management by working directly with the Production & Accounts Teams to understand resource availability and plan workload in real-time
  • Work with the PM & Operations as well as Account teams to maintain and update data on our reports, project trackers and documents
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2+ Years of experience working at design agency, advertising agency, marketing firms or equivalent experience
  • Prior project management or business analysis experience
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as ClickUp (which we use!), Asana or Monday.com
  • Deep proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other related data visualization software
  • Familiarity with the capabilities of Microsoft PowerPoint and other creative applications and software is an asset (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • High energy, independent and a self-starter with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail is a must, with the ability to correct errors and flag inconsistencies with ease
  • Comfortable working with project data and numbers, deriving insights from data sources and leveraging this data to inform decision-making and optimize processes
  • Ability to travel to USA a few times a year as required
  • Ability to speak French or Spanish is an asset
