In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering and reporting on assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget within the Digital Portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong project delivery professional with a proven track record delivering Digital projects, with exceptional project and time management capabilities.

Experience:
7+ years of related Digital/E-commerce experience preferably in the telecommunications industry

  • PMP and Agile certification is required
  • Ability to plan and schedule the development of Digital capabilities across multiple Agile delivery teams
  • Understand Agile, Waterfall and Iterative project methodologies to adopt delivery methods and coordinate teams to execute within these environments
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS SharePoint
  • Relevant understanding of the Digital business, cross channels and IT environment
  • Ability to define scope and document all required work in approved project templates and JIRA stories.
  • Ensure project plans are integrated with other related projects and Agile delivery teams.
  • Lead large cross functional projects of Product Owners, Solution Managers, I.T., and Agile delivery teams
  • Track, monitor and report weekly status on each project plan assigned
  • Resolve and escalate issues in a timely basis.
  • Ensure definition and approval of project scope, deliverables, desired quality and measures of success
  • Develop project plans that effectively align scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication and procurement in a manner that enables highly coordinated execution and control
  • Monitor appropriate risk management practices throughout sprint demos and project lifecycles
  • Ensure appropriate change, acceptance and approval processes in waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies
  • Ensure that timely communication occurs between Product Owners, Project stakeholders, and Agile squads.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills required, as well as highly effective written and oral communications abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail, in a fast-paced, \'high-tech\' environment required
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to get things done.
