Job Overview





We are accepting applications for a

Project Manager

to join our team for upcoming and potential projects in Timmins, ON. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate daily with onsite leadership to complete projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and with the specified quality of workmanship.


Responsibilities



Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Monitor project deliverables and set project timelines Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules. Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients and team members. Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff. Have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract documents, the general contract and the subcontracts

Requirements




Degree or diploma in Business, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a requirement; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry Experience managing a single large project or several projects simultaneously. Experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent is an asset. Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic and conflict resolution skills Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office programs Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis. Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada.
