PROJECT MANAGER - Civil, Concrete and Buildings

Responsibilities:

Be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of medium to large commercial and industrial construction projects Oversee all stages of project lifecycle from estimating and bidding, through construction, to commissioning and handover Monitor and manage project safety, schedule and budget while upholding the highest quality Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, including project team, consultants, client and regulatory bodies Manage all aspects of contract administration

The successful candidate will:

Have 5+ years experience estimating and managing commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes Have a Bachelor's degree, or civil / architectural technician designation. Be fluent in reading construction blueprints Be competent managing multiple projects at the same time Be familiar with common construction and business software and be able to learn new company specific software. Have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Be able to work in an environment with pressure and tight deadlines Be able to work full time in Terrace BC

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
