You will
  • Coordinate the delivery of base building projects ready for tenant improvement
  • Resolve tenant issues relating to the delivery of tenant improvement projects
  • Assemble the scope and specifications, tendering, financial administration and monitoring of contractor performance for tenant improvements and base building projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to deliver required base building or landlords related work
  • Review contract work, report any discrepancies to the Vice President, Construction and issue Purchase Orders
  • Work with Leasing team to develop Work Schedules for use in new lease deals
  • Work with Leasing and Property Management teams to ensure successful integration of new tenants
You have
  • A minimum of 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Project/Construction Manager
  • Experience with Tenant Improvement projects, including restaurants, office fit-outs and retail
  • A diploma or degree in a construction-related program (an asset)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience working with CADD and Bluebeam programs
