The Opportunity
The Project Manager plays a key role in the technology and telecommunications program at the IWK. Reporting to the Manager of the program, the Project Manager is responsible for oversight of strategic projects aimed at continuous improvement and achieving program objectives that are aligned with our vision. Working with the Director and Managers within the IWK, the Project Manager will manage projects/initiatives that have the potential to improve patient and/or family experience. Responsibilities include: managing projects from initiation to completion, e.g., conducting needs assessments and stakeholder focus groups, leading change management, project tracking, project analysis, identifying obstacles and solutions, and producing reports. The job will also involve supporting key staff with improvement initiatives and supporting the Digital and Client Services department.
