Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving successful project execution through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, requirements gathering, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet. Manage project execution by coordinating team activities, tracking progress via Jira, Trello, or ServiceNow, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Facilitate communication among stakeholders through presentations and reports to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives. Oversee risk management processes by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations. Apply change management principles to manage scope adjustments effectively while minimizing disruption. Utilize data analysis skills for project performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with project management methodology frameworks such as PMBOK or organizational standards like Workday or SharePoint. Lead product management efforts related to product development projects using tools like Visio or Product Server for process mapping and documentation. Drive program management efforts for large-scale initiatives that span multiple projects or departments.

Experience

Proven track record of managing complex projects within IT or product development environments. Extensive experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Primavera P6, SharePoint, or ServiceNow. Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) as well as Waterfall approaches. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing vendor relationships effectively. Expertise in risk management, requirements management (using tools like Requirements Management software), and quality assurance processes. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday), SAS analytics tools, Salesforce CRM platform, and data collection/analysis techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Pay: $59,880.95-$137,886.56 per year
