to oversee multiple electrical construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects
safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the Ontario Electrical Code
.
This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Non-union experience is preferred.
The Project Manager reports directly to the
Operations Manager
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously to ensure adherence to
budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with the
Company COR Safety Program
Develop and maintain project schedules
Review and approve shop drawings
Schedule and coordinate
manpower, equipment, and materials
Interface with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, utilities, and customers
Manage project documentation including
RFIs, RFQs, Change Orders, and close-out documentation
Provide regular project updates to the Operations Manager
Attend project management and coordination meetings as required
Assist the Project Coordinator with technical issues as needed
Ensure project billings and invoices are completed for review by the
25th of each month
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications
Valid 309A Electrical Licence (required)
Solid knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
Valid
G Driver's Licence
with a clean driving abstract
Proven experience managing electrical construction projects
Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
