Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project timelines and monitor progress. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for communication and collaboration. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through updates and meetings. Document meetings, plans, and progress for clear project tracking. Ensure project work adheres to established standards.

Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management. Proficient communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Strong organizational skills for effective task, timeline, and resource management. Ability to set and maintain schedules Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic environments. Proficiency in project management software and essential computer skills. Capability to analyze project data for informed decision-making. Experience in metal building systems and or construction Additional certifications in project management are an asset.

Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role located in Stoney Creek, Ontario

Days:

8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays)
