Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency. Supervise and coordinate field staff and subtrades to ensure timely and professional job completion. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors. Utilize your existing book of business to drive growth and secure new opportunities. Ensure all projects comply with IICRC standards and industry best practices. Attend sites, prepare scope, estimate costs, and manage budgets effectively. Handle emergency response situations, including being on-call as required. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects. Travel to Calgary as needed to support project execution. Assist with marketing and business development efforts to expand brand awareness and client outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project management within the restoration industry. IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, AMRT, FSRT) are required. Proven book of business with established client relationships. Strong knowledge of building construction, local building codes, and industry regulations. Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and estimating software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
