Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead and oversee plumbing and mechanical projects within the multi-family sector. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of multi-family plumbing and mechanical projects from start to finish. Create, track, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Review and interpret

blueprints, schematics, and drawings

to ensure project accuracy. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Proven project management experience in

multi-family plumbing and mechanical construction

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite

. Experience with

Bluebeam

(required). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build accurate and detailed budgets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong understanding of

blueprints, schematics, and drawings

. Team player with a

positive attitude

and strong leadership skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean abstract

(required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
