The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Project Manager

who thrives on planning, problem-solving, and leading teams to success. In this role, you'll manage budgets, schedules, and compliance while ensuring every client feels supported and informed. You'll also champion continuous improvement and sustainable building practices.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and delivering exceptional experiences. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk strategies. Lead and mentor project teams, including staff, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure documentation and administration are accurate and accessible for smooth execution. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Drive innovation in construction and project management practices.

What We're Looking For

5-7+ years of project management experience in construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully. Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Commitment to sustainability and high-performance building practices. Alignment with RDC's core values:

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
