to manage customer relationships, coordinate spare parts projects, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality service and support.

What you'll get to do



Lead Spare Parts Projects:

Oversee all aspects of spare parts project execution from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Support:

Provide professional post-installation and warranty support while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage Customer Requests:

Respond to inquiries regarding spare parts and service needs, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to deliver effective solutions.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to define accurate lists of spare parts and ensure parts are available and compliant with specifications.

Maintain Accurate Data:

Manage and update databases including pricing, approved supplier lists, and CRM records.

Promote Business Growth:

Proactively identify customer needs and recommend spare parts or service solutions to support plant performance and equipment reliability.

Handle Project Administration:

Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Report on Performance:

Provide regular updates on project and sales activity, customer engagement, and site visits.

What we are looking for



Education:

Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Project coordination or management within manufacturing, automation, or a technical environment.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead both people and projects effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM tools.

Collaboration:

Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.

Travel Readiness:

Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and cross-border) to customer sites.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Travel to the USA will be required.
