Groundhogs is one of Northern Ontario's largest septic system installers and we're just getting started. We're looking for a high-performing, well-rounded individual with real septic system experience to lead projects in the field, keep operations flowing, and grow with us as we scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing septic system installations while managing your crew, equipment, and timelines on the ground.

What You Bring:

Experience in septic system installation and field coordination Strong leadership and crew management skills High-level organization and the ability to plan ahead Solid understanding of field elevations and basic surveying Equipment operating experience (excavator, skid steer, etc.) is an asset Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally when needed
