Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple landscape construction job sites.
Manage projects involving retaining walls, sidewalks, pool installations, stonework, grading, and general landscape construction.
Lead, supervise, and motivate site crews and subcontractors.
Conduct site inspections, layout, measurements, and quality control.
Schedule manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries efficiently.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
Communicate professionally with clients, inspectors, engineers, and ownership.
Monitor job progress, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure safety compliance.
Prepare and manage project budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking.
Ensure Strong Base's reputation for craftsmanship and reliability is upheld at all times.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management or site supervision.
Strong understanding of retaining walls, concrete work, pool installation, interlock, excavation, and drainage.
Ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects.
Valid G driver's licence (DZ/AZ considered an asset).
Strong communication, organization, and scheduling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, weather-driven environment.
Knowledge of Ontario building codes and construction safety (OHSA compliant).

Qualifications
5-7 years of operations management or senior supervisory experience in construction, landscape construction, or related industries.
Strong working knowledge of job site operations, equipment, and construction workflow.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
Proficient with scheduling, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
Valid G licence; clean driver's abstract preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
