Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with extensive experience in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. The Project Manager will also be responsible for implementing best practices in change management and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using appropriate project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall). Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, and SharePoint. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and manage scope through requirements management tools like Visio and Project Server. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations and performance evaluations to ensure service quality. Manage project risks proactively through risk management strategies and contingency planning. Track project progress using dashboards and data analysis skills; report status to senior leadership via presentations and detailed reports. Ensure effective communication across teams through organizational skills and presentation abilities. Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions smoothly. Supervise project team members and coordinate efforts across multiple departments to meet project goals. Maintain compliance with industry standards such as PMBOK and frameworks like SAFe or Scrum where applicable. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality management principles and data collection techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT project management or product development with a strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (Scrum), SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban. Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience in managing cross-functional teams. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Trello, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, Basecamp. Strong vendor management skills including negotiation and performance oversight. Expertise in requirements gathering, requirements management tools (Visio), ERP systems (SAP), SAS analytics tools are a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Data analysis skills for tracking KPIs and assessing project performance metrics. Experience with product management principles and product development lifecycle is desirable.
