Job Overview

As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee insurance property restoration projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating emergency response, managing internal crews and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication with clients and adjusters, and delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property restoration projects (water, fire, mold, wind, etc.) Conduct site inspections, scope assessments, and estimate jobs Communicate directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters Schedule and supervise crews, trades, and subcontractors Ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reporting Oversee health & safety protocols on-site Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response Represent DKI SDS with professionalism, empathy, and expertise

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or project management Strong knowledge of building systems and property damage types Fluent in English (spoken and written) Must live in Saskatoon or surrounding area Proficient with project management software, Microsoft 365, and job-tracking systems Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and clarity Valid driver's license and clean driving record IICRC certification, Xactimate or construction estimating experience is a strong asset

Pay: $65,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
